There is no reset link, on purpose. HourOne holds everybody’s hours and what they cost, so an email that can hand over an account is a door this system does not have.

Ask Sayantan to set a new one for you. It takes him a moment, and he will hand it over in person — the same way your account was created.

A new password signs you out everywhere and needs a fresh emailed code the next time you sign in. Nothing you have logged is affected.
